After his goons are unsuccessful in capturing Swamp Thing, Dr. Arcane resorts to his Transducer device to transform them into monstrous mutants to take on the creature. Meanwhile, two young boys, Delbert and J.T., alongside game warden Tomahawk and Bayou Jack, join forces with Arcane's stepdaughter, Abby, to aid Swamp Thing in his time of need. Together, they prepare to confront the mutated henchmen and protect their home from Dr. Arcane’s sinister plans.
