Tamako relocates to her uncle's home in Kobe to pursue her medical studies. That afternoon, Tamahiko and Yuzuki visit the village market, where they catch the eye of a young girl named Ryo Atsumi. Later that evening, Yuzuki surprises Tamahiko with a birthday gift.
