S3E6 The Ten Percent Solution

Bobby is frustrated after losing an acting role to a less talented actor who just happened to fit the ideal look, which Bobby compares to Tony. Seizing the opportunity, Tony expresses his desire to try acting and asks Bobby to manage him. Though hesitant, Bobby agrees, but soon regrets it when, despite a dismal audition, Tony lands a significant movie role. As Bobby watches Tony struggle to improve under his guidance, he grows increasingly resentful of how easily Tony succeeded. However, Bobby feels a sense of vindication when Tony is ultimately removed from the film due to his inadequate skills.
