Latka starts to show signs of multiple personalities once more, taking on the personas of Vic Ferrari, a cowboy, and even Alex himself. Concerned, Elaine sends Latka to see her psychiatrist. As Latka delves deeper into his "Alex" persona, he surprisingly becomes a more skilled cab driver and offers the gang better advice than Alex does. Realizing the potential insights Latka might have, Alex decides to attend one of his sessions. Just as Latka/Alex is about to uncover the solution to Alex's struggles, he suddenly reverts to being Latka, leaving Alex frustrated. After Latka departs, Alex lingers to chat with the psychiatrist.
