Elaine's son, Jason, becomes captivated by Tony's coaching during a youth boxing session and expresses a desire to join in. Alex and Tony persuade Elaine to let Jason try boxing, even though she has her reservations. Unfortunately, during Jason's debut match, he gets knocked out with the very first punch, leaving Elaine to blame Alex for the decision. In time, however, Elaine is able to forgive Alex, while Jason decides he doesn't want to pursue boxing any further.
