Shredder, along with Bebop and Rocksteady, arrives in the city with the intention of stealing a unique new mutagen developed by Oswald Dren, a graduate student. In a twist of fate, some of this mutagen spills onto a reel of film, leading to the unexpected animation of monsters from the movie.
