Boze, the second-in-command of the Collad family and a relative of their leader Theone, is determined to secure the "Tesla Fragment." As he strategizes, Peony and various Japanese teams join the fray, along with CIA operatives Oliver and Mickey, all vying for control of Boze's prized possession. However, the power of the "Tesla Fragment" proves formidable, striking back against Boze, who wields lightning with ease. Both sides struggle to gain any ground in their pursuit, leaving them at a standstill in the battle for the elusive artifact.
