The peonies aboard the airship "Icarus" face off against Mr. D, the genius behind "Small House = Onakasita." His scheme involved transforming Ryunosuke, Oliver, Elmo, and others into elite spies by manipulating human emotions with "Tesla Fragments," all in a bid to create a conflict-free world. To thwart Mr. D's ambitions, Peony, Car, and Mickey venture to the section of the "Icarus" where the "Shards of Tesla" are stored, determined to put an end to his plans.
