Uncle Fester invents a unique fabric named Happyester, prompting him and Gomez to pitch it to Norman Normanmeyer, the head of Normanwear. Excited about the prospect, Normanmeyer proposes a partnership with Fester to market the formula. However, trouble brews as a competing underwear brand, RumpCo, dispatches a spy known as Underwear Hitman "Fingers" to pilfer the secret formula.
