The Joker hijacks Gotham's television channels to showcase his criminal antics as a form of entertainment. Meanwhile, Detective Yin’s overly ambitious new partner attempts to apprehend the Clown Prince of Crime, only to find himself as Joker’s newest “co-star.” Batman races against time to locate the source of Joker’s broadcast before the villain can execute his scheme to make Gotham laugh itself to death!
