S1E2 Wealth Pays The Rent

After a young man's severed hand is discovered near Harold Penton's estate, Hale becomes convinced that Penton is involved in a rape and murder case. As a wealthy and reclusive businessman, Penton is fiercely protective of his privacy. His bodyguard, Jimmy West, tries to keep Hale at bay, arguing, along with Penton's physician, that he is too unwell to be interrogated. Meanwhile, Eve and her team analyze forensic evidence to advance their inquiry. Although they uncover significant findings, they continue to face challenges in identifying the true culprit behind the young man's death.
