Scarlet Magazine hires Patrick Duchand to lead the digital division, sidelining Jacqueline to oversee just the print magazine. At the same time, Jane is annoyed that a man is now in control of a women’s publication, despite having chosen her own partner. Kat finds it increasingly challenging to maintain a cheerful facade on social media and at the Scarlet Summit while grappling with her own emotional struggles. Meanwhile, Sutton and Richard are basking in their romance and contemplating taking the next step by moving in together.
