Agent Bianca LaGarda is tasked with bringing seventeen-year-old Ali Jabir, a Canadian with terrorist connections recently freed from Guantanamo Bay, back home. Kessler and ICS tread a fine ethical line by utilizing Ali to lure in the infamous terrorist, Nasim Mujab, who happens to be Ali’s childhood friend. Meanwhile, Slade, working alongside CSIS language specialist Khalida Massi, discovers a looming terrorist threat aimed at Toronto. As an official investigation unfolds regarding the 'Ndrangheta shoot-out, the stability and future of ICS hangs in the balance.
