Returning to the field, DHS Agent Liz Carver is on the hunt for Cole Thorpe, a notorious white supremacist linked to a murder, who has fled to Canada. Kessler tasks Gray with going undercover in Thorpe's neo-Nazi group operating in British Columbia. Still harboring resentment towards Gray for the 'Ndrangheta incident that left her injured, Carver is reluctant to collaborate. However, when Gray uncovers plans for a catastrophic act of racial terrorism, Carver realizes they must set aside their differences to prevent the impending violence.
