Superintendent Colvin enlists Detectives Wysocki and Evers to track down a drug dealer responsible for putting the son of a prominent couple in a coma. As they dig deeper, the investigation leads them to a complex murder case. The detectives find themselves focused on a trendy downtown nightclub frequented by affluent men and attractive women as the investigation unfolds. Concurrently, Teresa is determined to secure financing to purchase new radios for the department.
