When Timmy introduces an extinct dinosaur to school, his eccentric teacher becomes suspicious and believes Timmy must have Fairy GodParents. He demands to meet Timmy's "parents" for a conference. Driven by his desire for a "new world order," the teacher hopes to capture fairies and exploit their magic to gain control over the planet. Timmy realizes he can’t reveal how he acquired the dinosaur to his actual parents, so Cosmo and Wanda step in to pretend to be his mom and dad.
