Due to the various items Timmy has acquired from his fairies, his parents begin to think he might be stealing. Coincidentally, it's also the day of an inspection by Jorgen Von Strangle for Cosmo and Wanda. Timmy finds himself in a race against time to clear his name while his fairy godparents must demonstrate their skills, or they risk being separated forever.
