Cosmo's Fagiggligland has malfunctioned, putting his role as Timmy's godparent in jeopardy. To resolve the situation, the group needs to rescue Anti-Cosmo from Anti-Fairy jail for a crucial transplant operation by Dr. Rip Studwell. However, Jorgen Von Strangle stands in their way, refusing to grant them access or release Anti-Cosmo!
