Timmy finally has a chance to escape Vicky's grasp, but his good fortune is short-lived as he's now under the watchful eye of his grandfather, Pappy. The only problem is that Pappy isn't fond of any of Timmy's contemporary forms of entertainment, leaving Timmy feeling a bit stifled.
