On the brink of death, Will pledges his loyalty to Gracefeel and prepares to confront Stagnate once more. However, Stagnate deceives him, forcing Will to battle his own shadow while he sneaks off to target Blood and Mary. Once Will grasps the situation, he quickly races back to the Temple, arriving just in time to see Stagnate getting dangerously close to the two injured undead.
