On Garfield's birthday, Jon completely forgets the occasion. When he finally remembers, he rushes to prepare eight delicious lasagnas but realizes he's one short. At the same time, a peculiar alien that resembles lasagna and speaks English with a charming Italian accent arrives on Earth with plans for an invasion. However, the alien is soon frightened off by Garfield's insatiable hunger, proving that even extraterrestrial threats can be no match for the lasagna-loving cat.
