Garfield stumbles upon a pocket watch that has the incredible ability to freeze time. Excited at first, he soon starts to panic when the watch unexpectedly malfunctions, leaving everything and everyone in a state of suspension. With time halted around him, Garfield must figure out how to fix the watch and restore the flow of time before he gets too overwhelmed by the stillness.
