Dirk has established an illegal bootleg liquor operation that coerces local bars into purchasing their products. As reporter Mike investigates a tip about the criminals, he finds himself captured. Meanwhile, Dirk takes to the skies in his helicopter, using his favorite tactic of dropping bombs on anyone who defies him. Mike must navigate this dangerous situation without drawing attention to himself.
