Nick discovers that his father requires heart surgery, and he’s faced with the challenge of preventing the firm from losing an important merger while also assisting Burton in finding a skilled surgeon. As he grapples with the possibility of his father's survival, he shares the news with Burton that Lulu is expecting a baby. Meanwhile, Shannon expresses her desire to visit the hospital, consumed by her fears that if Burton doesn't pull through, she might be left without a home.
