Nick realizes just how challenging it is to regain the trust of those he has wronged. Burton doubts Nick’s readiness to handle a demanding caseload that could put Fallin & Fallin at risk. Meanwhile, Nick begins to suspect that the bus driver may have intentionally caused the accident. Lulu is focused on finding a suitable foster home for Connor Adams while also grappling with the reasons behind Nick's affair with Suzanne.
