With Roy now in captivity, Jim's head has returned to its normal proportions, but his balance is still askew. To remedy this, he consults Dr. Axel, who hilariously attaches an anvil to Jim's head to restore his equilibrium. Meanwhile, Mona bursts onto the scene, professing her love for Roy and her determination to rescue him from Elliott’s sinister grip. Together, the anomalies and Dr. Axel devise a plan to free Roy from the clutches of the FBI. Meanwhile, Gork attempts to persuade Dr. Elliott that he is the virtuous alien while Roy is the true threat.
