Episode Overview

Carrie persuades Doug to sign a card celebrating his boss Fisker's two decades at the company, but things quickly spiral out of control. Now, Fisker expects Doug to take part in the roast during the banquet, and Doug is furious with Carrie for landing him in this mess. Nevertheless, he rises to the challenge and manages to get the crowd laughing. However, trouble arises when he starts sharing jokes that strike a bit too personally, leaving the audience in an awkward silence.
