Episode Overview

Arthur reconnects with his half-brother Skitch, thanks to Doug, who arranges for them to meet at the tollbooth where Skitch works. When Doug discovers that the brothers co-own a house, he imagines reclaiming his personal space, picturing the basement empty for him and Carrie to enjoy some time alone. However, Arthur's decision to move in with Skitch leads to chaos, reminding them both that living together is not the best idea after all.
