After being struck by a car, Yu Ri finds herself in the hospital. Jung Ho confronts Pyung Woong, cautioning him to stay away from her. In a heartfelt conversation with her mother, Yu Ri discovers that her late father would have wanted her to let go of her anger. Inspired, she resolves to forgive Jung Ho. At the same time, Jung Ho's mother, Yeon Ju, makes the decision to stay with him for a period.
