In a quirky twist, a deranged scientist named George Furth enlists the help of his eccentric cousin Mickey Morton and his whimsical aunt Ruth Buzzi to hold a séance at the Monkees' home. Their goal? To reach out to their deceased relative Elmer from the great beyond. As the séance unfolds, chaos and hilarity ensue, testing the limits of their sanity and the Monkees' patience.
