Fozzie Bear is overwhelmed at the prospect of meeting Milton Berle, the legendary "King of Comedy," leading him to spend the entire episode ducking out of sight from the guest star. Despite his ridiculous attempts at disguises, both Kermit and Scooter see right through them. However, when Fozzie catches wind of Milton expressing a desire to join him for a song-and-dance number, he bursts from his hiding spot. The two then take the stage together to perform "Top Banana," donning oversized pants and comically large shoes.
