Statler is fed up with the performance, prompting Waldorf to invite his wife, Astoria, to join them for the show. Meanwhile, Inspector LaBrea from the County Environmental Department shows up backstage to assess the show's noise levels. He informs Kermit that the trumpet section must be silenced to comply with regulations. In an effort to distract LaBrea, Kermit juggles various tasks while Dizzy takes the stage to perform.
