The mischievous Creep-Pea and Black Eyed Pea swipe a boat from Captain Hop-Pea and venture into the open sea. When P.C. Pod shows up to look into the theft, he advises Captain Hop-Pea to get another boat ready. The only way to catch the thieves and hold them accountable is to chase after them.
