The father of the quintuplets tries to persuade Nino to return with him, but Uesugi swoops in to rescue her, prompting Nino to share a heartfelt confession. Following this emotional moment, the quintuplets come together to celebrate their exam successes with a delicious array of desserts. Later, the group heads off for a relaxing getaway at a hot springs resort, where they all unwind and enjoy each other's company.
