Still seething over Tio's murder and his altercation with Armadillo, Vic decides to take a day off to reconnect with his former partner. Together, they embark on a mission to seek vengeance against the thug whose complaints led to his retirement. Meanwhile, an investigation into an amputated arm leads Dutch and Claudette to hunt down the sadomasochistic criminal responsible for the torture and mutilation of a woman who might still be alive. Tensions rise between Danny and Julien when Julien doesn’t support Danny’s account of the shooting to Internal Affairs.
