Just as Monica and Vic are on the verge of a major breakthrough in the Garage Sting, Chief Phillips unexpectedly transfers the case to the Organized Crime Unit. He cites a developing PR crisis linked to a leaked videotape of Vic during the church bust, which was sent to the Assistant Chief through Aceveda's office. Using his connections with the Byz Lats, Vic races against time to locate a Russian mob leader before he can escape the country. Meanwhile, Monica confronts two foster care social workers with the threat of jail after a young girl is discovered near death in her foster home, and warns Julien that if he doesn’t request a transfer, she will do it for him.
