With racial tensions on the rise, the Strike Team works to prevent a violent clash between communities, while Claudette and Dutch look into a disturbance at a local high school. At the same time, an Internal Affairs investigator starts probing Vic and the Strike Team, initially focusing on Lem. Danny, who is pregnant, chooses not to disclose the identity of her baby's father, and Julien takes on the responsibility of training a new rookie officer, Tina Hanlon.
