The Tick and Arthur find themselves in the role of instructors at Superhero School, tasked with guiding a group of unconventional heroes. Their mission quickly escalates when they confront Uncle Creamy, a villainous ice cream cone who seeks vengeance on the corporation that created him. As chaos unfolds, Uncle Creamy II emerges, intent on eliminating Uncle Creamy before he reveals the company's sinister plans to the heroes. The duo must navigate this icy conflict while educating their students on heroism and teamwork.
