Sir Thomas More stands firm against King Henry's demand that his subjects pledge an oath of loyalty recognizing the King’s authority over both church and state. Meanwhile, Anne learns about Henry's infidelities and, surprisingly, facilitates his next affair by offering her approval. Additionally, Anne faces off against Lady Mary, Henry's daughter, in a tense encounter.
