In the 16th century, the legendary Dracula clan was entombed beneath the Neo Vampire clan, known as the Corvin family, who ruled the land. Fast forward to 1999: on the day of the Grand Cross, when the planets aligned, three children were born. A prophecy foretold that these children would restore the Dracula clan’s power. As they approach their 22nd birthdays in 2021, Manami (Tetsuo Asaime) is just hours away from hers when she meets a friend in Shinjuku. Suddenly, a mysterious woman named Giga (Nakagawa Shoko) begins to kill those around her. In her escape, Manami encounters K (Summer Sail), who insists she must follow her instructions. Just then, Yamada (Masunosuke Mitsushima), claiming to be a Corvin, comes to her aid.
