On a snowy evening, Nasa Yuzaki was deep in study for his high school entrance exams when he noticed a stunning girl across the street. Compelled to approach her, he stepped onto the road and was struck by a truck, suffering serious injuries. Clinging to life, Nasa managed to reach her and confessed his feelings, only to hear her response: “I’ll date you if you marry me.” Without hesitation, he agreed, but soon lost consciousness. Fast forward a few years, Nasa juggles a part-time job, hopeful for their reunion. One day, a surprise visitor arrives at his door—the girl from that life-changing moment.
