Doc Greene creates a repulsor badge that enables the wearer to dodge incoming projectiles. Eager to join his family on the front lines, Cody puts it to use despite Chief Burns' worries about his safety. However, things take a turn when the badge malfunctions, enveloping him in a continuous repulsive field. To rescue Cody, Boulder employs neutralizing gloves, also designed by Doc Greene, to penetrate the field and remove the badge just in time before it explodes.
