Burt discovers and eliminates a Shrieker in the valley, only to realize it was part of a government initiative aimed at training these creatures for rescue operations. However, when a storm disrupts the control systems, the remaining Shriekers break free and begin to reproduce. Faced with this new threat, the residents of Perfection are forced to band together and make their last stand at Burt's home.
