In a secluded valley, a group of scientists discovers a dangerous and bizarre hybrid of animal and plant life. Burt, Tyler, and Cletus join forces with the researchers to find a way to contain this threat before it can spread any further. At the same time, the town of Perfection faces the challenge of managing a hyperactive tourist named Larry, whose enthusiasm proves to be more than they bargained for.
