Title: The Rise of Turmoil Plot: Yui Kamiki from Chiyoda approaches the Otatribe with a chilling request: to eliminate Kazuki Aoyama. Up to this point, Otatribe has concealed their true nature, masquerading as beggars in tattered clothing. However, they are actually a ruthless gang commanded by the chaos-loving Sonoda. At the behest of Shinboku, Sonoda and his crew launch an all-out assault on the Minato Tribe, disregarding any semblance of the XB method in their ruthless pursuit.
