The second season kicks off dramatically when the Gregsons’ neighbor takes their own life, leaving the family unexpectedly in charge of the house. Having been stable and free from dissociation for several months, Tara decides it's time to build new friendships, with Max supporting her. Meanwhile, Marshall finds it difficult to find his place at school, while Kate embarks on a new job opportunity.
