A babysitter is found dead, and chaos ensues when a violent patient, once a resident of Whitechapel, breaks free from a psychiatric facility. As the community grapples with the fear of a potential serial killer on the loose, Chandler, Miles, and their team scramble to stop any further tragedies. At the same time, Chandler's determination to capture a suspect alive begins to strain his partnership with Miles, adding tension to their already complicated relationship.
