Angela organized a heartfelt dinner for five to celebrate Tony and Samantha's two-year anniversary in Connecticut. However, Tony is the only one without prior commitments. During the gathering, he suddenly becomes unwell and is quickly taken to the hospital for surgery. As he receives sedatives and prepares to drift off, he manages to whisper "I love you" to Angela just before losing consciousness.
