S1E2 A New Lease On Life

Will faces the tough choice of either promoting Grace's independence by suggesting she rent an apartment on the other side of town or opting for his own desires by inviting her to move in with him. The pressure of his quirky roommate Jack and his chatty parrot, Guapo, complicates matters. Meanwhile, Karen and Jack make their first acquaintance and instantly hit it off, both finding each other's company delightful.
