Grace gets a chance to purchase the studio where she works and seeks Will's guidance as a first-time buyer. However, Will's approach to negotiating makes Grace feel like he doubts her ability to finalize the purchase, prompting her to prove him wrong. In another storyline, Jack aspires to be a massage therapist and gets to practice his skills on an enthusiastic Karen, who enjoys the experience.
